Delivery & Returns

At BAYIR, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture with exceptional service. Please review the information below regarding delivery, assembly, and returns, to ensure a smooth experience from order to receipt.

 Assembly & Installation 

Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed with clear assembly instructions. For the best results, we recommend using a professional assembly service, especially for larger or more complex pieces.

 Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery fees vary by product and location and will be shown at checkout or on individual product pages.

Lead Times

If an item is listed in stock, delivery will be arranged and scheduled within one week, subject to route availability.

 Delivery Schedule 

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
You will receive:

  • An estimated delivery week once your order is confirmed

  • A confirmed delivery day and a 4–6 hour time window closer to dispatch

 Rescheduling

After a delivery date is confirmed, any changes may incur additional charges. Please notify us as early as possible if adjustments are needed.

Access Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please check that your location can accommodate larger vehicles

  • Standard deliveries are kerbside unless off-loading or white-glove services are arranged in advance (additional fees may apply)

  • Incorrect access information may result in extra delivery charges

Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Standard / Off-the-Shelf Items

For online purchases, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in full packaging.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours with supporting photographs.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

Returns Process

  • All returns must be arranged in advance with BAYIR FURNITURE LTD

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items have been inspected and approved.
